The full rental terms, the waiver and the privacy notice are published here before bookings open. They are drafted from the same five rules and the same damage schedule you can read today on the FAQ and policies page, and they will not say anything that page does not.
What the terms will cover
- Who is renting and who is responsible for the set between the delivery photo and the collection photo.
- Cancellation, changes, short-notice requests and weather, exactly as the FAQ states them.
- Damage, loss and late return, with the flat schedule by set and the cap per set.
- Payment, authorisations and refunds through our card processor.
- How we contact you, and how to stop texts.
Until then, the FAQ is the plain-words version of every rule the booking flow enforces.
